• The speed of delivery for dispatched orders depends on the efficiency of the postal services.

• The delivery cost may vary depending on the chosen delivery method; it will be specified during the order payment process.

RETURN POLICY

• Jewelry purchased from this online store (excluding custom-made jewelry) can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item (please contact us via email at hello@slowetry.lt for returns).

• The shipping costs for returned items are not reimbursed - the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Returned jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags and in the original packaging.

• Refunds for returned items will be processed within 10 business days.
